BACKGROUND
The African Regional Intellectual Property Organization (ARIPO) is an Intergovernmental Organization created in 1976 under the Lusaka Agreement concluded under the auspices of the United National Economic Commission for Africa (ECA) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). Membership of the organization is open to all member states of the African Union (AU). The present members of the Organization are Botswana, Cape Verde, Kingdom of Eswatini, The Gambia, Ghana, Kenya, Kingdom of Lesotho, Liberia, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Rwanda, Sao Tome and Principe, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Uganda, United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. (Total: 22 States).
PROJECT SUMMARY
ARIPO has embarked on a project to waterproof and re-paint its Headquarters Building, located at 11 Natal Road, Belgravia, Harare and wishes to invite interested companies to submit their quotations, subject to a compulsory site visit and project specifications.
Interested Contractors with a proven track record are invited to obtain the Terms of Reference (ToRs) from ARIPO by contacting the Secretariat by email at procurement@aripo.org with the reference on the subject: “ATIN: 2023/10/WATERPROOFING-PAINTING/10”.
Deadline: Submissions of quotations shall be by email on or before 27th October 2023.
